The Site is owned and operated by DATING STARS OÜ. The Site is offered subject to your acceptance
without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating
rules, policies (including, without limitation, DATING STARS OÜ Privacy policy) and procedures that
may be published from time to time on this Site by DATING STARS OÜ (collectively, the "Agreement").
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Site. By accessing or using any
part of the web site, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the
Site or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by DATING STARS OÜ,
acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.
Description of services
Our Site provides publishers with the ability to create landing pages (of our services), banners (of our services) and
earn income by showing users advertising on their way.
You understand and agree that the Site may include advertisements on these landing pages, banners which is a requirement
of the site to operate. You also understand and agree that the service may include communications from our Site,
such as website announcements, rate change notifications and other notices. You may opt out of these announcements
by unchecking the notifications checkbox in your profile page. Unless explicitly stated otherwise,
any new features made to the Site shall be subject to these terms of service.
Client area account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your client area account, and you are fully responsible for
all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must
immediately notify DATING STARS OÜ of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.
DATING STARS OÜ will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as
a result of such acts or omissions.
Publisher Restrictions
Site publishers may not have invalid or fraudulent clicks, including but not limited to clicks generated by:
Generating impressions using bots, proxies, auto-refreshes or other surreptitious methods.
Poor traffic perforamnce.
Hacking other websites illegally to display landing pages, banners.
Embedding your links in malware or programs without user consent.
Distributing illegal content or child pornography.
Unwelcome spamming of other sites without permission using our landing pages, banners.
Strictly prohibited to create more then one account on Site.
DATING STARS OÜ reserves the right to automatically put your account on a limited functionality status if your
account performance is very poor. Limited account status means the user can no longer generate revenue or get
payouts from the site. Poor performance is usually the result of fraudulent clicks.
Publisher payments
Payments are made in the begining of every month from DATING STARS OÜ through www.paysera.com when the publisher
request payout and has reached a minimum payout of €100.00 EUR. Payments are processed by administrator in which
payments can take up to 7 days after request.
Changes
DATING STARS OÜ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement.
It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to
the Site following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. DATING STARS OÜ
may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Site (including, the release of new tools and resources).
Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Termination
DATING STARS OÜ may terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without
notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement you may simply discontinue using the Site. All provisions of
this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership
provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
